The festive season is only a few weeks away. As always, our award-winning SAP Business One support team will be available if you need us over the seasonal period.
Take a look below at the days and times when our team will be available, should you require any assistance with your solutions.
Here’s the full schedule of our support hours over this Christmas and New Year period:

Monday 18th December – Friday 22rd December: 9am – 5:30pm
Monday 25th December: Closed
Tuesday 26th December: Closed
Wednesday 27th December – Friday 29th December: 9am – 5:30pm
Monday 1st January 2024: Closed
Tuesday 2nd January 2023: 9am – 5:30pm
At SEIDOR UK, our helpdesk operates as standard between 9am and 5:30pm (GMT) Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Between the Christmas and New Year period, a reduced service (SAP consultant ‘on-call’) is provided.
For cloud hosted customers, urgent support for ‘Priority 1’ issues is available across the festive period. These enquiries should be directed to: support@SEIDORassist.com or +44 (0) 333 444 0590.
