What is the tax on Non-Reusable Plastic Packaging?
The Waste and Contaminated Soils Law for a Circular Economy, Law 7/2022, introduces a special tax on non-reusable plastic packaging that comes into effect on January 1, 2023, and applies to the use within Spanish territory of plastic packaging that is not reusable.
To meet the demands of various tax applications, organizations require coordinated efforts between finance, product compliance, and environmental reporting teams to ensure the provision of accurate data.
At SEIDOR, we assist organizations with all the organizational and technological changes posed by these new regulations.
