SEIDOR-Hospitality: an adventure in the hotel sector

This is about the creation of a new division dedicated 100% to this sector, with the aim of developing a portfolio of services in hotel management systems, Property Management System (PMS). Thus, SEIDOR provides a solution for these establishments to manage all the activities of their business.
Given its strong specialization in SAP solutions, its first milestone is based on PMS TMSforHotels, which allows the development of new functionalities and also integrations with SAP ECC or S/4HANA ERPs, as well as with the wide variety of solutions that hotel chains have.Likewise, the integrations represent an opportunity to expand their field of action by responding to companies that have the ERP of SAP combined with the other relevant PMS solution in the market, Opera by Oracle, having become their integration partner in 2024.Starting this stage requires, above all, having a solid human team highly prepared to carry out this type of project. In 2023, a team of expert consultants in TMSforHotels technology and knowledge of the sector itself was formed, combining technical and also functional knowledge.Thus, an indispensable requirement was to have worked with the end client to meet two key objectives: to have a solid knowledge of business processes and, in addition, to know the "Hospitality" language, which ensures alignment and a complete understanding of the challenges and needs of hotel chains.
One year later, the proposed objective materialized in the execution of numerous projects in hotel chains that were already SEIDOR clients and also in clients acquired thanks to this new capability.
